Due to a technical issue, some customers may find that refunds or credits made to their cards will not appear correctly on their statements. This may cause the running balance on the statement to show incorrectly. We're working to fix this as a priority and we're sorry for any inconvenience or confusion it causes. Please be assured in the meantime that your current and available balance is not affected and will always be accurate.
