We're aware that some customers may encounter a problem currently affecting Outbound Payments. Please try your sending your payment again, making sure that your payment reference contains at least two different letters or numbers (and 6 or more characters altogether).
Receiving payments to your U Account (Inbound)
If you've switched to our new U Account but you still receive payments into your old account, we will, until the end of this week, move those payments across to your new account for you. Thereafter they will return to the sender - so please give your new account details to anyone sending you money
