When making a transfer to your extra accounts and/or making a payment out of your U Account, please leave 30 minutes for your balance and statements to correct; payments are being processed as normal and this is a display error only. While we work to fix this issue, please don’t try to repeat any payments that are not shown in your transactions, as the money may be debited from your account more than once.
